This wine was produced from a combination of Cabernet Franc grapes and a few Syrah grapes that were harvested early in selected vineyards in the Negev.
The wine has a light-medium body, a delicate pink color on the nose, and aromas of spices and flowers.
The wine has an impressive balance between bursting fruitiness and soft, refreshing and full of flavors.
Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.

This wine was produced from blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Semyon grapes harvested in the vineyards at an altitude of 800 meters in the Negev Highlands. This species has been identified by us as an outstanding species that yields the most optimal results in desert soil, thus giving a wonderful expression to the unique and complex aroma that developed in the wine.
Medium bodied, strong presence, very good acidity and intoxicating aroma.
Alcohol content: 13%
Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels from Bourgogne.The wine was not filtered in order to preserve its flavors and quality
Dry red wine from the premium series produced at Ramat Negev Winery.
This wine is produced from Petit Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc grapes that were harvested by hand in select plots in the Negev Plateau. 14% alcohol.
The wine is full-bodied, concentrated, with an aroma of ripe black fruit and chocolate. The wine has good acidity, firm tannins and a long, velvety finish. Has a deep and intense opaque color.
The wine was aged for 24 months in new French oak barrels.
The wine will continue to develop and appreciate in the bottle under proper storage conditions for many more years.

This wine was produced from the finest vineyards in the Negev Highlands and Ramat Negev.
The winery works in the field of environmental protection and makes every effort to preserve the desert eco system – water, soil and air. From our selection of barrels, we carefully selected two new French oak barrels, which were aged separately for a year. From these two varieties, which have found extraordinary adaptations to the desert terrier, we have created a fascinating screen that has matured for a year and a half more in new French oak barrels.
At the end of the aging period , we sent the wine to balance and develop in a bottles for another year in the winery cellar. Total aged 42 months
The wine is a strong, thick, solid wine with a long, velvety and complex finish. 14% Alc The wine will continue to develop and improve in a bottle with a proper storage conditions for many years to come.
