Serving Recommendation: It will go wonderfully with high fat content meat dishes such as entrecote and sirloin. In addition, it will go wonderfully with lamb meat stews

Characteristics: Dry red wine .14% Alco . The wine has a full body and soft tannins. Aroma of cherries, plums and red berry fruits alongside mild notes of green pepper and dry herbs coming together nicely and leading to a long finish. The Color deep, bold purple-red color is reached by roughly filtering the wine, stabilizing and closely supervising that it doesn´t get damaged by oxygen
Serving Recommendation: It will go wonderfully with low-fat meat dishes such as sirloin and filet. In addition, it will go wonderfully with Sainte-Maure cheese or ripe Camembert

This wine is produced from 100% Malbec grapes, which are harvested at an
elevation of 800 meters in the Negev Highlands, in a unique and separate vineyard called “Sheizaf.”
The “Malbec” variety surprised us as to how well it adapted to the extraordinary desert climate, with its extreme temperature differences and difficult growth conditions. The result is a great “Malbec” wine, medium-full bodied, with a heady aroma and deep mesmerizing color. It is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels.
Serving Recommendation: The wine is recommended for drinking at a temperature of 16 degrees. The wine will be accompanied by classic fatty meat dishes such as antrecote, lamb chops, lamb pie, pasta with pesto and spinach
