The wine is produced from Pinot gris and Semillon grapes from select vineyards in the Ramon Negev highlands.
The must was fermented and Soaked with the peels for two weeks for maximum extraction of the aroma and color.
12.5% Alc. 750 ml. Flavors felt in the mouth are of nuts, citrus peels, green tea and refreshing acidity. Intense tannins and a rich finish are noticeable in the wine.
Aged for 8 months in American oak barrels.
