This wine was produced from 100% Gewurztraminer grapes.
The grapes were harvested in a late manual harvest in vineyards in the Negev Mountains at an altitude of 850 m above sea level. Late ripening and harvest led the fruit to store an extraordinary amount of sugar. After fermentation and pressing, the wine was aged for 18 months in used American oak barrels. Controlled oxidation and late ripening helped us create a dessert wine with an aroma of roses and jasmine flowers, a long finish of chestnuts with a hint of pure honey
